The mountain therapy

It would be ideal to do an annual mountain air cure, to drink water from the mountain spring source, to charge from the sun and to keep yourself active.



When it comes to mountain therapy, of great importance for health are aerosols, negative ions, large amounts of oxygen, ultraviolet rays, phytoncides, and substances released by plants or mineral springs.

Aerosols can be seen as ethereal steam above coniferous forests. This steam is made up of volatile oils on which fine films of water condense.

They treat respiratory diseases, calm, and invigorate the body.

The phytoncides contained in the mountain air act positively on the human body, protecting it from microbes.

The fragrance released by mountain flowers is due to substances secreted by plants. Those substances have the role of stimulating hormones and invigorating the human body.

Mountain air is also charged with negative ions that activate the immune system, regulate metabolism, intensify blood circulation and strengthen the psyche. Negative ions give a good mood and urge creativity. It is also good to do conscious and deep breathing exercises.

Equip yourself, close the boots laces tightly and start taking the first step that will lead you to the top.It will be a magical experience. Nature will always embrace us back to it.The silence and stillness accompanied by the thrills of the birds, the various plants rustling in the wind and the sun, will lead you to contemplation and meditation , as such, relaxing the most profound organism - our brain- which until then has been subject to daily exhaustion. Not to mention that we, humans, should live the sunset on a mountain experience more often. When will you start living yours?
